6 mo old hen with a leg problem/limping and sitting down

I know there are a lot of posts for leg problems here, but I still hope someone can give me some direction and help.

I have a 6 mo old barred rock hen that just started limping yesterday. It's only on one leg and this morning she's limping worse than last night. I think she might have starting sitting down the night before, but I'm not 100% sure. When she walks this morning, her toes are curled under and don't seem like they want to spread. She does sit down after a while and streches her leg out a little. She's eating and drinking just fine and wanted to go out into the pasture to pick up leftover horse feed, but I made her come out because I don't want her getting hurt. My husband and I thought maybe she got clipped by one of the horses, but we don't think anything is broken, but then I'm not a vet. I don't have a vet around here that will see chickens, so I'm really hoping someone here can help out. I really appreciate anything anyone has to say.

Ok, just went back outside to put her in a secure area, and my hubby and I were checking her out again, and it seems like she might have some inflammation in her elbow. It does look bigger than the other elbow. I did watch her very closely when she was walking and the toes do stay curled up and under, but a little to the side, towards the outside of her body. I could post a picture if that would help anyone.

I would separate her and limit her movement (in case it is an injury) and give three drops of polyvisol enfamil formulation (childrens liquid A-B-D vitamins) in beak once a day for a week then taper off the next. Monitor her symptoms and ensure she is drinking sufficiently .

Thank you. I do have her isolated right now. Where can I find those vitamins? Walmart or somewhere like that? Children's section?

Thanks again. We did give her some herbal chicken drops that we have Vetx I believe.
