The lumps seem soft and are all in same place (on their necks kind of on back or right side of the pullet). They are about 3 & 1/2 weeks old. They all got the same lumps at same time. My daughter thinks are tumors or cysts, but I can't imagine 3 got tumors at once. Can anyone tell me what is going on?

I'm not sure, but to me it looks as if they are simply engorged crops. Are they acting normally?

Yes they all seen to be acting normally.
