6 Roosters! Who should I keep???

I have a black jersey giant, 2 silver laced wyandottes, a Columbian wyandotte, a welsummer, and a Cornish. I don't have a way to separate every breed. I can successfully keep 2 roos. Which 2 breeds are in higher demand? I do want to hatch some purebreds. Any of these easier to sex? Thx!

its all up to your area to whats more in demand. But I have found that alot of places go for the run of the mill birds that are good layers
