6 week chick with splayed legs

Hi I’m looking for some help? My 6 week old chick has splayed legs, before Friday was fine eating drinking scratching as normal. I noticed her claws curling up and she was unsteady on her legs, by Saturday she couldn’t walk. I’ve added vitamins to her water and put her in a small area. Today her legs are splayed and appear stuck? Any help or advice welcome? She’s still bright and alert

Give her 1/4 tablet of human super b complex vitamins with riboflavin and all b vitamins daily. Crush it in a spoonful of water or a bit of egg or wet feed. Try a chicken sling and let it out to try and walk several times a day.
