6 week chick with weak leg - Help!

I was recently (about a week) given a young chick that is unable to walk due to a weak leg. I was told it was either because it was helped out of the egg when it was hatching, or it's leg was caught in the wiring of the incubator. I do not know gender or breed, so if you are able to tell that I would greatly appreciate it. Anyway, the left leg sticks straight out when it lays down, and it sorta tries to balance on the left foot toes when it gets up. When it tries to walk, it has to use their wings to balance and walks backwards/in circles rather than moving forward. Both legs are developed, but the left one is not nearly as large as the right one. At night I put it up in the coop/bring it inside, and typically have to get it over to food and water a few times a day to make sure it is eating. It chirps nearly non-stop, they are not in pain cries, they sound happy. I have been keeping the legs wrapped with a hair tie and some cloth wrapping, and doing some leg exercises. I have been noticing that it does not seem to improving, and when I try to bend (while it is on it's back) the leg it will not bend all the way down like the other one does, and the toes curl up around my finger. When I bend the leg it doesn't offer much resistance, and it does not cry like it is in pain. I am concerned that it may be too late to do anything for the leg, but I am hoping that someone has some advice or suggestions on what else I can do. I have two other chicks and they don't necessarily pick on it, but they tend to ignore it since it won't get up and really do anything.

Can you post some photos of the chick standing so we can see the leg position, one of it laying down without the bands on too.

Sounds like a leg deformity. Possibly Twisted Tiba or Valgus Varus. If so, there's really no way to correct the issue.

Consider quality of life. Some chickens can adapt, but some don't do very well, they grow and gain weight and are unable to move around.
