What 6 weeks will do for a chicken!

This is my pullet, Layla (6.5 weeks) and a new chick, 1/2 week old!

Hard to believe my little ones will be that big soon!

It is certainly amazing how fast they grow and how fast they start to look like chickens! I think I see them a bit bigger every day!

It amazes me how fast they grow. Your girl reminds me so much of my SS, Nelda, when she was that age. Bet your Layla will be just as lovely as mine-I think the SS girls get prettier and prettier as they age. See? Here's Nelda

And Cyn, I hope she turns out as pretty as yours! So far my SS's are the friendliest ones who don't mind being held. One of them comes up to whoever walks outside and cocks her head to look at you and see if you have a treat (bread). So cuddly!
