Unfortunately we are in SC. Thanks for the offer! My sister-in-law is in vet school and took the Chicken processing course as part of her course work. She will be visiting in June and giving us a lesson. Thanks to everyone who weighed in. There is no question that out of the original 10, 9 are roos. We went to a feed store and bought some sexed pullet chicks so hopefully we will have some layers eventually. Just a little later than we first hoped!
