6 week old chick with Inflamed ear? Head shaking and swollen scaly feet...need help with treatment.

I am concerned as he is not eating or drinking much either. Treated him with powder this morning and vaseline on the feet...not sure what else. The ear is puzzling, any help is greatly appreciated. No Avian Vets around here. I will try and attatch a picture.

Well, since no one is posting, have you tried giving him a bit of baby asprin? It might help take the swelling down?
Also are the feet inflamed? Maybe soaking them in cool water?
Could he have been bitten by something?
As for his face, is he oozing anywhere? I see a bit of blood by his comb, whats that from?
