6 week old leghorn and 8 week broiler died

Hi everyone lately ive been noticing white stuff in their eyes that enables them from opening their eyes and today 2 of my chicks died does anyone know why

Can you post some photos of the eyes,chicks and housing?

Have you noticed any other symptoms like coughing, sneezing, runny nose, wheezing, etc.?

White discharge with sticky eyes sounds like it could be from respiratory disease. General eye care would be to flush the eyes with saline, remove the pus/discharge and apply an ophthalmic ointment like Terramycin.

Check your housing to make sure that there is plenty of ventilation and that there is no mold in feed or bedding.

A lot depends on what you are dealing with, but sometimes antibiotics like Tylan50 can be administered to help with secondary infections due to respiratory illness. See that your chicks are eating/drinking and let us know how their doing.
