6 week old LF Cochin pullet?

This one has one pink/red wattle, I assumed it was a roo but, there's been no more comb development in the past few weeks and just some pink at the base. Super skittish bird and all my roosters have been sweethearts as chicks .

I'm hopeful it might be, I only can compare to bantam Cochins and they are very obvious by week four when they are roos.
