6 week old Phoenix. Hen or roo?

Okay, honestly I'm 99% sure this a rooster because of comb and wattle development/color, but I'm also very much in denial. We haven't had very good luck with getting hens lately, even ones that were sexed at the hatchery. This is our 6 week old Phoenix, bought straight run from the feed store. So I knew it was 50/50, but I played the odds anyway! Tell me what you think! I didn't find many other pics of Phoenixes at this age to compare to.

I see black chest feathers. That means it's definitely male. he comb and wattle develop simply confirm.
