male or female specific saddle feathers happen at chicken puberty; 12 weeks or so.

Sebright roosters do not get hackle or saddle feathers like most breeds.

Sebrights are henney feathered = male and female have same feathering. You can only tell by comb

It was almost completely flat a few days ago and without color. This suddenly popped up.
