6 weeks old chick has huge tall tail feathers and is very big, making us think it is rooster but it hasn’t yet develop a comb I need help what gender?

I’m leaning towards pullet, but it’s still the early days. The absence of a comb is what makes me think it’s not a cockerel. The size and tail don’t really mean much at this point.
