the neighbor said that the boys were on the roof with a camera saying something about their brother being on the balloon..(he said he thought they were talking about an airplane or something.....)

i hope i explained that correctly...didnt anyone else see it??

This is the most absurd thing I have heard in a long time.

I'm going to head home- I'll check back when I get there- maybe there'll be some resolution by then....

Boy was never in the thing to being with.
