6 year old stuck in a balloon flying through the air

Another question I have....the wind is blowing like 30 miles per hour today. Why was that balloon inflated with what had to be hundreds of pounds of helium?

they also said he's not at the house either so basically they have no idea where he is. they said the kid went missing when the balloon broke loose so everyone assumed he was in it but now they're saying he's not in it and he's not at the house either so who knows. just awful.
