60 W bulb good for extra light?

Last couple of days I been putting the light on for the few hens...it is 60 W bulb....
is this enough for a little extra light, or too weak?
it was cold here so thought the light might warm them up a little as well, and help with some eggs.

I use 60 watt bulbs in my coop, but I need 2 since it is 24 feet long. I think it just depends on how much light you need--I tried 40's and 60's, and decided the 40's weren't enough. If you have a tiny coop you could probably do with less. As of January, you can't purchase 75 watt bulbs, and next year I suppose the 60's may be phased out, so you can stock up or switch to fluorescents. I only leave my light on a timer to come on at 5 or 6AM, and to go off 1 hour after dusk, so they aren't caught off their roost suddenly at night. Twelve hours is all I use in winter to get them to lay well.

and my socket for the lamp can take 75 watt max light bulb...they are gone?
60 W soon to be gone too?
I use it for 2 hours after dark then i put them on their roosts and shut the light off.
coop is 4'x4' so it is plenty light
