It shouldn't take a few days, maybe a few hours. Honestly, I think people will get a bit confused when trying to read the front page and seeing what this is all about. If you are dead set on having an RP, here are some things to make it better:

  • Organize the front page. Everything you have is combined into a few paragraphs and the information is all over the place. Make headings that underline what the information is about, like "Rules", "Plot/Summary", "Characters" etc.

  • Add some color, make it interesting to look at. So many front pages now have no color and aren't very attractive to look at. If you need ideas look at Avalon or The Story of My Life. They have some color in them.

  • Go through and correct all the grammar and spelling mistakes. While we aren't perfect (and I certainly am not either) just reading through it a few times will help you pick out most of them. Just scanning it quickly, I didn't see any words that were capitalized and a some run on sentances which are really hard to read and understand.

  • Make it origional. There are several dragon and elf themed RPs already, and this one isn't any different then them.
