Great looking birds. I'm on day 17 on my late started hatch of Marraduna Basques. Three of the 15 are clears but the rest seem to be growing. Doing the 2 hour cool down from day 8 to day 18. For ONCE I've got my incubator at just the right temp and humidity. Yea!!!'

It was good having you here! I'm looking forward to the EHAL too. I'm not too sure about this winter hatching. Had fun on here though, meeting a lot of new BYC members.

I know someone mentioned it a while back on the thread but did anyone start a thread for Trader Joe hatching eggs? I just wanted to check it out if they did.

On this Trader Joe's thing...I just found out, that the store I thought was going to be a Trader Joes..isn't.

It's a Tractor Supply..does anyone know if they have fertile eggs in that store? Seems like I heard that they do.

My Tractor Supply doesn't sell any eggs.

They sell chicks and ducklings in the Spring though.

Congratulations all!

The Trader Joes eggs started hatching after two in the morning. There are at least 5 out with pips and zipping going on.

Cute yellow chicks so the should be pure white leghorns.

You buy them cold right? Do you just set them the normal 24 hrs, then put them in the bator?

I had to totally break out this last one Jan 2 9am... a little Serama who started a zip line but was totally stuck.
It definitely gets held the most so I guess this is the cutest.
