i dropped 1 on the floor and it just bounced. They are extremely strong when soaked in vinegar. Pretty cool

Our Christmas diner is tomorrow. This is my version of turducken. There is a young heritage tom in pieces, a small ancona drake whole & 2 young mixed breed roosters (about 5 months old) whole. I'll simmer it all over night in my homemade chicken stock.

I'm going to candle tonight. I set a day early so Lockdown will start tonight for me.

I'm so confused...I thought lockdown was on day 18 (or with 3 days left). I set on Friday (so a day late), for me lock down in Tuesday. If you set a day early isn't your lock down on Sunday (tomorrow)? I'm a newbie, so I just want to make sure I am looking at this the right way.
