Thanks.I'm telling you, the cheeping now is so loud it's as if something HAS to be pipped. But I can't see anything.. I'm wondering if it's one of the BLRW on their side and it's underneath?![]()
I have one out...the other three cochins have pipped, but the LF wyandotts haven't yet????
Do bantums generally hatch sooner?![]()
Yipee!5 hatched so far and 3 have pip'd . eggs was 1 to 23 days old when put in bator and all the action has been from eggs 1 to 9 days old . I will post some pics and more results soon
Haha I do that too!! But these eggs I separated in a strawberry container bc frankly I have no idea what BLRW look like when they hatch, nor do I know what my mutts will look like. So, those eggs are *fully* locked down.I have a small hose that I use to add water through the vent hole. I use it to move things around and help things along during this time, if you have something like that you can move the egg around to check without opening incubator. just an idea

I cut out the bottom of the container and cut long strips out of the sides and top, but still I'm paranoid having them in there has messed with their temp. But there's no reason it should..
