So I got 2 silkies and 1 lavender orpington in the brooder

One mottled orpington just hatch few minutes ago

I still have 10 eggs inside the incubator. . Let's see what happens over night!

We have 6 out and moved into the brooder, with 9 others currently either pipped, or zipping. Unfortunately still nothing happening from our solo silkie

Id put a heat lamp in to help moma when she needs to stretch her legs the babies wont chill, I was able to bring my banty broody in till weather gets warm, her little body on reg size chicks are all she can handle

So far the two mamas have been taking turns when one wants to get out of the nest.
