7 1/2 week old EE gender

It seems like these guess are a bit tricky. I have two that I’m pretty confident are girls but this one is making me nervous. They were bought as pullets but we know how that works. The beard is making me nervous because most of the EE pullets I’ve seen have the same color as the rest of the body and this one looks like it’s going grey? The pattern seems uniform but different from the other two.
