Is my Winnifred a Fred? This is my first adventure in chickens and will be very sad if she is a Roo. We are not allowed to have them in our town. If she is a roo, any suggestions? She/He is a good bird and likes to be petted.

My 8 week old Golden Laced Wyandotte doesn’t have any developed comb or wattle.

Fredrick would be a great name for that cute little guy! I had a rooster growing up named Fredrick.
