7 month broody Silkie

I have a 7 month showgirl silkie that has gone broody. She has been laying for about a month now. I wondered what people's opinions are on her age and the effects of raising chicks so early. Should I break her? Will it be too taxing on her body at this age?

Given the time of year I would be reluctant to allow her to set , hatch, and brood chicks. I have raised winter hatched chicks, but it requires extra attention.
