Many possibilities come to mind so I think we need a little more info.
Is it really cold where you are now?
Could she have an injury?
Is she laying eggs?
Does she get over-mated?
What do you feed them?
Do they have water to swim in?
A video might help if you can post one.
I feed my whole flick multiflock. I just now started putting greens in the water bowls for the ducks ( which of course the chickens gobble up too). I had her seperated for 48 hours and is doing better now....I also am putting vitamins in the whole flocks water...I have niacin on order, it's not local...Has she ever been on Niacin supplement? what feed do you use and could she have been injured somehow

Could just be related to the cold weather. Mine walk around, and all of a sudden plop down. When ducks lay down, they actually tuck their feet up into their feathers to get them warm. So maybe she is just doing that?I am in Maine, so it Is in the teens and negatives at night.
While she was seperated she laid a soft egg. I have not been aware they were laying yet...I have never seen my drakes attempt to mate....no swimming for its winter and have no way to get a heated pool nor the ability to fill it until spring...I do fill waterfowl up with warm water multiple times a day.
They get multi flock, with cracked corn and small amounts of blackoil seed, same as the whole flock. I have no way of separating chickens and ducks...
I just ordered niacin, I have started adding crushed shells to food and put it in the pan I keep oystershells and grit in...
I am new to ducks
She is better today. I put her back out today....I have 3 muscovy female ducks too...my only roosters are two bantam and I have never seen them approach my ducks...they have 27 hens to toy with...now I have a chicken acting weird. Maybe the cold is messing with them all..it is unusually cold out..I have a red LED bulb in coop, I think I will add a second one, I don't like heat lamps because you never know if we lose power...Could just be related to the cold weather. Also do you have roosters? I had a couple roosters that tried to mate my call ducks. I had to get rid of them because they would not leave the ducks alone. My current one is the opposite and doesn’t bother the ducks at all, so that may not be an issue.
Are all your ducks small, or do you have some full sized ones too?
If she laid an egg, even if it was soft, that still probably rules out having that type of issue. Soft isn’t ideal of course, but that means she doesn’t have one stuck, or struggling to lay.
Hopefully she continues to improve.
