7 sisters?

Hi everyone, I'm new here and though I did read the picture advice I'm using a throwback hand-me-up phone from my teenager! These are my 7 sisters... The person I got them from has sworn (crossed his heart) and pledged his soul that these are Pekin Bantams and are ALL 100% sisters! what do you think!
they are supposed to have hatched together at the end of Dec, though that means by the time we had them already, they wouldn't even have been born yet!?

I messaged the guy about taking back the two 'pinking up' ones, he replied; "How can anyone say they were cockerels by pictures, I've done the checks on them by the wings and the hanging method. myself"
Q: please can I ask BYC are these checks reliable? (the hanging method)?

No not reliable at all.

Wing feather sexing is only reliable in certain breeds......don't ask me which ones.....I can never remember.
I say for these birds no way is it reliable since he didn't even know what he was selling.

The hanging method is an old wives tale at best.

How can we tell from pictures?
Easy, males get bigger, redder combs much earlier than females in nearly all breeds and mixes.

Oh and we have seen thousands of "is this a boy?" pictures.

I am bummed that you didn't get what you paid for.
