7 week old Light Brahma gender

Is this for sure a roo? The tail feathers are throwing me off. And comb and waddle are not as red as the other two roos I have. It just looks slightly different than the other two that I know for sure are roos.

Cockerel, but not because of the tail. that's a juvenile tail... the comb and wattles, that bright and big at 7 weeks, says cockerel.
