7 week old puffed up and twitching

I have a 7 week old RR hen that looks puffed up around her neck and chest. She is making twitching movements and has stayed in the coop by herself. She also seems to be wanting to sleep. I’ve raised from 3 days old,

Is she puffed up as in swollen, and how is she twitching (shaking her head, moving from side to side)?

I attached a picture, the twitching is like she raised her head and shoulders and puts them back down, maybe trying to swallow? But she doesn’t open her mouth
