7 week old RIR with neck problem

Good Afternoon, I have a seven week old Rhode Island Red hen with a strange neck issue. She is eating well and pooping normal. She is the same size as the rest of the flock She weaves her head around very strange and will bend her neck way over and sometimes roll over into a somersault. Any ideas what might be wrong or any treatments. The other 5 hens look great.
