They love being outside when its warm out, give them some time, and they should start going in on their own. In the meantime whenever you go in pick them up and put them in the doorway. Also you can lock them in for a few days and they will know that the coop is there new home.
We've thrown our clocks out. After about 3 days of crawling in the run on my knees and catching them to put them in the coop, they started to go in on their own. Now they go in at 8:30 sharp. 8:29 they're still out, 8:30 they're in. No need for the clocks.
I have a feeder and watering container in the coop and in the run.
