Welcome to BYC. Fertility varies from strain to strain and from individual to individual within the strain. If he is healthy and vigorous, your rooster may very well be fertile.

Glad you joined us! Fertility does decline after 2-3 years of age, but it is still possible that he is capable of fertilizing eggs. Crack open a few eggs and look for a bulls-eye like blastoderm, or incubate them for a little while. I'm pretty sure your turkey would sit on chicken eggs; even if you're not sure of the fertility, why not put a few beneath her and see if they're fertile that way?! It certainly wouldn't hurt to try.
