My last 2 HAL eggs are internally pipped! I'm hoping they hatch overnight so I can finally submit my total. I did 4 eggtopsies on eggs that were due Friday. 2 were fully developed but never pipped, one stopped around day 18 or so and one pipped the shell then died. It's always sad to lose any but I'm happy with the ones I have and the two hopefuls

Got way to cold last night, my Ole buff brahma hen is broody. Stopped sitting on her eggs. They are in the incubator. Hoping to get her to adopt my bresse & Barbezieux chicks!

Will she be in a confined warmer area without other chickens? At least to start.
