You really should get a premier 1 brooder plate. No fire risks. Pays for itself in electricity savings.

I plan to eventually but it's not the light that keeps me up. I just want to watch them too much lol

10:25 here. It's so hard to go to bed when you have Littles in the brooder right next to you and you want to watch them all night lol. But if I don't go to bed soon, then my butt is going to be dragging at 5 am tomorrow morning, getting the kids ready for school. AND the sooner I go to bed, the sooner I get to pick up my new incubator tomorrow lol
