I had 12 eggs in the first batch.
I just candled them and have confirmed movement in 7.
2 are green eggs and hard to see, but they aint clear . . .
3 are obviously clear duds.
These are from a backyard flock, and an older flock at that.
Im just glad I some fertile eggs, its soo exciting to see them swimmin around in there!
I have a ton of hatchery chicks, but these guys(IF they survive) will prolly be some of my favorites, just because I/we produced them ourselves . . .
They are a mix of EE, BR, BO, Del, and a EE rooster, with a cool lookin polish as a backup voyer . . .
Imma see if my camera can pick up the candling on video.
