so my mom brought home 8 mallard ducklings, I have a single female moscovey. I don't know how she is gonna react to that. I put them in hay box with a heat lamp what else do I need to do to keep these ducks helathey because I bought a black Swedish and sh didt make it thru the night. so any help would be great thanks

make sure they have food and water..keep them warm. use chick starter feed, in crumbles and i'd add niacin. when they get a little older you can add some treats to their feed. mallards usually hit the ground running..as long as they're healthy and you keep them warm and dry and fed and watered they should be fine

wonderful thank you. its crazy how scared they are of me. any suggestions on that? and what about my moscovey duck is she gong to freak out?

Muscovy will not like ducklings and may kill them so don't put them in with her, give her time to get to know them then when they are old enough to go out side for some sunshine make a pen [temp] I like to use the plastic poultry fencing and fiber glass fence posts easy to put up and take down, put your new ducklng in there and let them all meet through fence may take a while be that way they can get to know each other with out Muscovy hurting anyone. also here is a link to duckling care https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/750869/raising-and-caring-for-ducklings#post_10611711 Congrats and post pics when you can and
