8 month old Polish, Rooster or hen?

this is My little gold polish, Minerva McGonagall ( yes all of my chickens have Harry Potter names LOL) she is the most vocal of the bunch and is a bit larger than the other girls. They're all nine months old. Minerva is always cackling at me but never crowing although I do not know what a Polish roosters crow sounds like to be honest. I have not seen her laying eggs yet and I know two of the others are. Minerva also has red waddles hanging from her neck while all the other girls do not, and her tail feathers are a bit more wide. Any thoughts? All advice and comments are appreciated. ❤

She's a pullet. She's non-bearded which is why she has large wattles. I'm guessing the others are bearded?

omg... I'm not allowed to have roosters in my area code but I've already looked up this little chicken collar that doesn't harm them but quiets their Crow, wish me luck LOL

Yes, all the others have the little red Waddles covered you can barely even see them...starting to worry. 1 of my hens was Broody for about 3 weeks and I discouraged her behavior because I was under the impression we had no roosters, now I feel really guilty.
