8 week Buff Orpington gender question

8 week buff Orpington that I’m guessing is a rooster? New to this breed and it was the only one at the store - other chicks were black australorps. Everyone was prepping to roost and I don’t have any other current pictures right now.

I think that's a definite pullet.

Better pictures with the bird standing naturally would make sexing it through photographs easier.

Looks like a pullet. Not sure if you handle your birds a lot, but they can get flushed and look more red than they are in their everyday state.

The difference between the first and last picture might be because she was excited and then calmed down.

The small comb and wattles at eight weeks look right for a pullet!

This is my pullet, sometimes her face can get really red and other times it's a softer pink color just like yours does. Yours looks like a pullet as well
