Could be a late developing cockerel, but light-coloured ameraucana pullets (lavender, splash, etc.) can also look a bit male-ish at this stage sometimes if you don't have a tried and true cockerel to compare too. I would watch and wait. I personally suspect cockerel if you see that much of a colour difference (it seems ultra bright coloured), but update us in a few weeks and it should be more clear!

Definitely sneaky, lol, was a sexed pullet I was in denial for awhile but once he hit 14wks old it was more than obvious
