8-Week-Old Chicks - Ready to Remove Heat?

Thank you, everyone, for the responses! I haven't been in here in a while.

They are 10+ weeks now and have lots of feathers. I am still finding lots of feathers in the coop, though, so does that mean they are still losing baby feathers and growing their adult ones? They choose to spend a lot of time out in the run (same temp as coop, of course, but windier) and they look puffy so I'm guessing they're doing what they need to do and are warm enough.

I removed the brooder plate from the coop. It's been down into the 30s at night and they still seem happy enough with their temperature situation. haha I don't know how to tell if they were unhappy though.
