8 week old not fully feathered

My 8 week old salmon faverolle still doesn't have feathers on her neck. Still has yellow fuzz all over her neck. Is something wrong?

Some chicks just grow their feathers very slowly.
If she seems to be otherwise healthy and active, is eating and pooping normally, and the feathers are growing in the normal pattern (wings first, head almost last, etc), then it is probably not anything to worry about.
