8 wk old EE Pic's theres a Bunch please help Sex. I read that Huge EE thread, still not sure.

PELE thanks for the info.

Hoover Hatchery is great, We had ordered 30 Chicks ( Barred Rocks, EE and Black Sex Links ) from them they were born March 7th. Out of he thirty some had died and I called them today and asked them what would happen if we end up with a bunch of Roos and told them about this thread and it looks like we may have a few Roo's well they said Sorry for the troubles well send you thirty more and they allowed me to mix and match that thirty anyway I wanted with all types of breeds, They didn't charge me a cent. Hoover will be the only place I do Business with from now on and I also would Recommend them to anyone. They have been great since the start, I ll be giving some chicks away since I don't need all thirty.

illia and the rest of you guys I hope your right because I got more chickens on the way. Ill have homes and everything lined up all ready in case I don't end up with as many roo's as we think.

I was going to take new pic's but it's pretty nasty out today, It's been a few weeks since those Pic's and so far they are all getting bigger in body but there colors haven't changed much and there combs have not grown at all or changed color from those in the pic's, Is that a good sign?

Hi!

I am a total newbie to all of this and have been seriously looking at the photos posted on this thread hoping to determine if my two almost identical chicks are pullets. I cant tell which is which from the pics below.... but I know I took a pic of both of their back feathers. The head shot is the same for both of them. The combs are identical.

I am guessing they are pullets. Hoping they are pullets also, since I can't have roosters, so I am a bit worried that my hope may be influencing my guess....

Thanks for any bit of advice!!
