He's getting manly red linebacker shoulders on those grey feathers.

One of my whites has a bit of off red brown coming though on the chest, is that a bad thing? I hope there all females, a few weeks ago I was told there prob mostly males. So I go and get four more and now ill have to many.

I am not sure which one that is that is buried. It's either Chick Number 2 or 3 or one of the other Browns. What makes you think that is a roo?

Ok here we Go They are 24 Weeks old now Except for the last one I post which is about 16 weeks old, some of them started to lay at about 21 weeks old. Figured Id post an update so everyone can see the outcome.

Chick 1 This one isn't laying yet that I know of and I havent seen the Rooster try and mount it but I do believe it is a Pullet.

Chick 2 Rooster Mounts and Lays a Bluish green Egg.

Chick # 3 Rooster Mates Not sure if she is laying yet.

Chick # 4 Lays a Nice Blue Egg

Chick # 5 Lays Blue Egg

Chick # 6 Goes in Nest Box not if she is laying

Chick # 7 Lays Blue Egg Rooster Mates

Chick # 8 it wasn't apart of this post but most said it was a Roo I am still not sure what it is any Ideas.

Man we are all over the place here, from All hens to all roo's to a mixture, I know it's just a guess now At least it seems I still have a chance.

I say listen to the people who say they are all pullets.
Isn't hindsight wonderful?

Nice looking bunch of birds. #6 sure did sneak in some awfully pointy neck feathers on you didn't she? Have to test the experts once in a while.

those are all pullets. if you really want to know who is laying take some food color and put it on their vents mark who has what color ( you will need to mix the food coloring to cover all pullets) and when the pullet lays there will be a streak on the egg once you collect it look up who had that color and that is the pullet laying that egg :)
