I've got tiers in one of mine too and it works great to increase floor space. Just wondering what the tires were for? Nesting boxes?

Well done, are they tyres for nests ? Good idea. Wouldn't those five nests be enough for 30 chickens ? Did I hear you mention photo's in the video ? I wana see more.
