I suppose I should start turning my eggs. I get lazy and don't turn them for the first 2 or 3 days but it is already the 15th?! I seem to have lost a day this week.
i also use a sharpie to mark my eggs but typically, the most I write on them is 1, 2, 3, or 4 to keep track of the staggered hatches. Occasionally, I'll also write the breed on the egg if they will be hard to tell apart from the others at hatch so I can separate them into hatching baskets.
So far it looks like I have at least one quitter and two not fertilized. I'm leaving them in for now since I want to be SURE there's no development. I'm REALLY skeptical on the Marans eggs, but it may just be early for them as well. My NN mixes and Ameracaunas seem to be doing GREAT. My barnyard mix are doing well for the most part too.
