Yes!

That is the purpose of breeding sexlinked chicks--destroy them at hatch. It is one of the reasons why I hatch my own--then I eat the cockerels.

Exactly atleast let them serve a purpose on the table, killing day old hatchlings in that way is just disturbing!!! I have several roos myself, i will choose a few to save for breeding this spring, rest will be dinner.
