8th-annual-byc-new-years-day-2017-hatch-a-long

Count me in. Set my own silkie eggs. Just 4 eggs yesterday. Thinking about adding today's....... But I do have 7 silkies due to hatch on Christmas already....

Let me know if you add more over the next couple of days. they will count for the hatch a long.

That sounds awesome! The more the merrier! :woot

Lol...sounds like me. I've got 7 - 5 week olds from the Halloween HAL. I moved them to the shop when they started escaping. We had a late fall, but it's dropped from -3C to -33C in the last 2 weeks. I'm glad I'm not bringing anymore chicks into this weather. And I "may" have enough chickens anyway. (I started with just 5 last year...lol!):gig

2 years ago i started with a little rural king coop and 3 rhode island reds.. today i have 30 and 2 large coops in the yard and am constantly thinking of more lol

I set eighteen d'Uccle eggs today. Blacks, Andalusian Blues, Mille Fleurs, and Silver Mille Fleurs.
Thankfully, I have heated grow out pens(used to be a milkhouse), so I don't have to keep them inside all winter. :p
