I don't remember the soybean flour changing much other than the consistency...but I will ask hubby since he ate more of it than I ever did. I can totally find that recipe with the blend if you'd like. You can try it and see what you think.
I used to mix his flour mix to make his bread in the bread machine. SO much easier than doing it myself. But I'd take it out and bake it in the dark, non-stick metal tins. They always turned out so much better. His bread never baked well in the machine. Kinda like a heavy stone...lol.
