Looks like you have yourself a pullet their but my NH roo looked like a pullet until eleven weeks so it is still a fifty fifty. She is a cute girl, mine died recently, but she was the sweetest thing.
 
Pullet! No pointed hackle or saddle feathers, and her comb and legs are small. Pretty girl! Unless she buffs out anytime soon, your golden!

She is a pullet, going by comb. But just a (I hope helpful) FYI, you won’t see pointed male feathering until they’re at least 12-13 weeks old, even then it’ll only be beginning to grow in, therefore it’s not a factor you can use for sexing at this age
 
I know right! My roo had a comb like a pullet and then it turned roo! Then my pullet was shiny and dominant like a roo but she was just a pretty pullet
