8x10 coop and 8x12 run

The coop will be 8x10 with a run thats 8x12.Will this be big enough for 12 birds I have 5 Golden comets 4 BSL and 3 White rocks

That gives them more than 14 square feet each. It should be plenty of room for them to be happy. Plus, it will give you a little room to expand if chicken math strikes.
