we haven't secured it to the concrete. But we plan to do some spray foam insulation along the bottom.

You can secure the coop with a "Hilti", or anchor bolts, you need to drill holes into bottom plate of coop into concrete, with a masonary bit and hammer drill, then drive in anchor bolts with small sledge or BFH. You can use the expandable foam or some type of caulking, to seal the bottom edge of plate. If you have the exterior edge running right along concrete rain will not puddle in, if you don't,seal exterior bottom edge along cement to keep rain water from puddling in the coop area.......we haven't secured it to the concrete.
